Joe Skipper's 400m reps (60sec rest)v- Start at between Marathon goal pace and run 1sec/400m faster each rep til you can't complete the 400m.

Ryan Hall's - 2 x 12mi. First at M + 45sec/mi slower than GP. Second at M. 5min rest
